learn to see solutions

“Which course did you study
to get that kind of job?”

The kind where they hand you the keys,
not just to a car,
but to a big car.

A fully furnished house,
a passport with possibilities,
annual leave to any country you choose,
medical cover when life gets heavy,
and a salary that looks at your existence
and says,
“You matter.”

So you ask,
“What did you study?
Which degree unlocks that door?
Which certificate holds the secret?”

But sometimes,
it is not the course.

It is the person you became
while everyone else was busy
collecting certificates.

First,
learn to see solutions
where others see walls.

When the room says,
“There is no way,”
train your mind to whisper,
“Let me find one.”

Become the person
people call when the problem
has outgrown the room.

Second,
create value through relationships.

Do not just collect contacts.
Build trust.
Build bridges.
Be useful.
Be dependable.
Leave every room
having added something to it.

Because opportunities
rarely travel alone.

They travel through people.

Someone is sitting somewhere today
talking about an opportunity
you have not heard about yet.

And your name
might be one conversation away
from being mentioned.

Third,
become one percent better every day.

Read.
Learn.
Build.
Listen.
Improve.
Try again.

One percent does not look like much
on a Monday.

But compound it with time
and suddenly the person you were
can barely recognize
the person you have become.

Then one day,
the phone rings.

“Are you available?”

“For what?”

“We have an opportunity.
Someone recommended you.”

And you realize,

It was not just the degree.

It was not luck.

It was the solutions you learned to create,
the value you learned to bring,
the people you learned to serve,
and the person you refused to stop becoming.

So keep growing.

Keep solving.

Keep building meaningful relationships.

Because sometimes
your dream job is not behind
another certificate.

It is one relationship away.
