Forgive With Care

Second chances rest on fragile ground,

Not always freely passed around.

A word of sorrow, a shift of tone,

Must prove the heart has truly grown.

For one chance given can heal the break,

But endless doors, when left ajar,

Respect dissolves, and trust degrades.

Forgive with care, let actions show,

When to hold on, and when to let go.
