Sip and Go
Refill it quick, do not ask me why.
The world can rage, the gossip fly,
I am on my way, restroom nearby.
Let them whisper, let them scheme,
I have got my own clear, flowing dream.
Eight cups in, my bladder’s king,
No time for petty quarreling.
While tempers boil and voices rise,
I am chasing peace, nature’s prize.
So here is my secret, pure and true:
Drink your water, let it guide you through.
Stay hydrated, skip the fight,
Flush the nonsense out of sight.
In this liquid life I am seeing,
I cannot do drama… I am too busy peeing.
