Breaking Free
No iron gates, no clanging chains,
Yet still we walk the same marked lanes.
A desk, a screen, a ticking clock,
The door unlocks, yet none will walk.
Payday comes, a fleeting cheer,
Enough to buy the same old year.
Weekends drip like golden rain,
Then Monday pulls us back again.
Dreams grow dusty on the shelf,
While we trade our time, not wealth.
The cage is comfort, neat and small,
But freedom asks we risk it all.
So break the pattern, tear the chart,
Let courage write a brand-new start.
For life’s too wide, too vast, too grand,
To live with chains we cannot stand.

P.S. As you break free and write your own story, do not forget to give your lips the same freedom.
Our Aloe Lips with Jojoba is a small but mighty way to start caring for yourself on your new journey.
