Tested Times
A crown alone won't make a king,
Nor titles cause the world to cling.
For power bends to what is true—
Not what you wear, but what you do.
A lion rules the open plain,
Not by decree, but by its name.
No need to roar, no need to fight,
Its presence shows its silent might.
A leader walks, the crowd obeys,
Not for the words, nor golden praise.
But for the weight their name has earned,
The trust instilled, the lessons learned.
A voice commands when it aligns,
With values held and tested times.
For masks may fool a fleeting glance,
But truth will stand when given chance.
So claim no power, wear no guise,
Let roots run deep, let wisdom rise.
For only those who know their core,
Will wield a name the world implores.
