Empty Words

The world cries out for justice clear, For broken systems ruled by fear. Yet change won't come from noise alone— It sprouts from seeds that we have sown. Not titles held, nor claims we boast, Nor empty words we love the most, But what we build, create, and give— These mark the way we truly live. The time has come to shift our lens, To judge not merely means or ends, But weigh the fruit that branches bear— The truth lies plainly waiting there. Did hands bring peace or sow deceit? Did words bring life or just repeat? No mask can hide a barren tree, Its roots reveal what we don’t see. So let us start with honest eyes, And measure worth by what applies. Not promises, but action shown— By fruits, not talk, shall all be known.

Uniquely Me

I walk a path that’s all my own,
In every step, my soul is shown.
No need to fit, no mold to fill,
I stand apart, by my own will.

Where others walk, I may not tread,
For in my heart, I'm gently led.
To be unique, to shine alone,
A voice, a song, a deeper tone.

The world may gaze with puzzled eyes,
But in my truth, no fear resides.
For difference is my strength, my guide,
I wear it boldly, not to hide.

In every flaw, in every grace,
I find the beauty in my space.
No need to match, no need to blend,
In being me, the rules transcend.
