A Labyrinth of Desire
A mind, a maze, a labyrinth of desire,
Where wants and wishes flicker like a fire.
She seeks a solace, a haven unknown,
A phantom of longing, a heart overthrown.
From peaks of passion to valleys of doubt,
Her compass spins, a ceaseless rout.
"I crave adventure," her spirit may claim,
Then yearn for comfort, a quieter game.
Indecision's dancer, a fickle art,
A chameleon soul, playing every part.
Is it love's embrace or freedom's flight?
A riddle wrapped in mystery's night.
So let us not judge with hasty decree,
The depths of her longing, we cannot see.
For in every woman, a world resides,
Complex and ever-changing, where truth abides.
