Waithaka
In the heart of dawn, Waithaka stands,
With dreams as vast as ocean sands.
But as he sets his course, he finds,
The path ahead, with obstacles entwined.
With each step forward, he stumbles, he falls,
Chasing shadows on towering walls.
His purpose, a beacon, distant and bright,
Yet the journey ahead is cloaked in night.
Through trials and tribulations, he learns to fight,
With courage and strength, he faces the plight.
For in the rough beginnings, he finds his grit,
And in perseverance, he discovers his wit.
The road may be rocky, the journey long,
But Waithaka knows, he must stay strong.
For in the pursuit of his purpose, he'll find,
The essence of manhood, in heart and mind.
So let the beginning be rough, let it be tough,
For Waithaka knows, it's not enough
To merely start, he must endure,
And in the journey, his purpose secure.
Through valleys low and mountains high,
Waithaka presses on, reaching for the sky.
For in the rough beginnings, he sees the truth,
That the journey of a man begins with youth.
